2.3 KYC Verification

To meet security and legal compliance requirements, members may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Your account must not be shared with or accessed by anyone else. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to Bengol support immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

Deposits at Bengol can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. A minimum deposit amount applies. All deposits are credited instantly, though some delay may occur due to payment processing.

3.2 Withdraw

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Completed KYC verification and fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements are mandatory before a withdrawal can be made. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Multiple withdrawal methods cannot be used with the same payment method.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Bonus Eligibility Rules

By claiming any bonus offer at Bengol, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus. Every bonus carries a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A Wagering Requirement means you must wager the bonus amount, or the combined bonus and deposit, a specified number of times before withdrawing. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 30,000 in total bets.

• Some games may contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet amounts may be restricted when playing with bonus funds.

4.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each person may claim it once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Gaming Rules

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical issue causes a game to end incomplete or display an incorrect result, Bengol reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. Bengol has final authority over any abnormal winnings resulting from a server error.

5.3 Live Gaming Rules

Live Casino games run in real time and the dealer's decision is final. If a player's device disconnects due to a technical issue, the game will continue and all bets will be settled automatically.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bengol platform:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of a terms violation, Bengol may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. Players with a valid balance will be given the opportunity to withdraw, though bonuses and any suspicious winnings may be voided.
